FAQ

We try to answer all the most immediate questions.  If you have other questions, please contact us via email or phone.

Yes, none of the work we do is free.  This includes adding simple text.  However, some of the products have design templates that we simply swap out the information with your own.  There is no charge for those, but if they are not available on that product page is because it’s not offered for that product.  If you have any questions about your files, we will be happy to answer them for you.

 

If you signed up for an account when you made your purchase, you will be able to review your orders in your account order history page.  If you did not and checked out as a guest, you can contact customer service for more information.

 

All payments are made online through our checkout system.  We use Paypal.com for processing credit card and debit card payments.  If you are local in/or near the city of Walnut, CA, you can also come in and pay by cash.  No checks accepted.

When an order is placed and paid for online, it is a form of a contract.  In the contract, you have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if the status still says “Processing”.  If your order status has changed to “Info processed”, then you can still cancel, but there will be a 12% charge for refund up to $50 of total order value.  If your order status has changed to “Processed for printing” there is no option to cancel or refund.  These are the only exceptions to receiving a refund, there are no refunds after delivery.

If there is a problem with your order, send photos of the problem with 7 days of receiving.  If there are any issues we did not catch during quality control, we will reprint the order.

All coupon codes must be used during the checkout process.  There is a coupon code box to enter your code once you are ready to checkout.  Coupon codes cannot be added after an order is placed.  All coupon codes are only available to newsletter subscribers.

Delivery is not free, if you are local within 6 miles of 91789, we can arrange a delivery for a flat fee of $50.  We use UPS, FedEx and USPS – We use UPS to to calculate cost, but may use either shipper to ship.  We always choose the service that will ship fastest for the address and products ordered.

We ship out of Walnut, CA – Shipping to the East Coast usually takes about 3-5 business days.  Shipping to central US is about 2-4 business days and shipping to CA and connecting states usually takes 1-2 business days.  Alaska and Hawaii, we use USPS priority mail – 1-3 days.
